From May 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Dickson served as Senior Vice President, Mattel Brands Consumer Products, and from August 2005 to September 2008, he served as Senior Vice President, Marketing Media & Entertainment Worldwide, Mattel Brands. | |

Mr. Cohen was named Chief Executive Officer - Wholesale Footwear and Accessories in April 2006 and also assumed responsibility for Company-owned retail footwear and apparel in April 2007. He served as President - Wholesale Footwear and Accessories from January 2006 until April 2006. He was the Group President of the Energie and l.e.i. Divisions from May 2004 to January 2006 and President of the Energie Division from July 2001 until May 2004. | |

Mr. Gross was the President of Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel Corp. from June 1993 until we acquired it in April 2002. | |

Prior to joining Jones, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant Corporation), a position he assumed in August 2006. Mr. Cade served as Vice President, Corporate Finance, of Cendant Corporation from June 2004 through July 2006. He also served as Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting, of Public Service Enterprise Group, where he was employed from October 2002 to June 2004. | |
